English, is a retired assisted living facility administrator with extensive hands-on experience in launching and managing senior care facilities, and has over 11 years of experience in senior care administration. Leveraging a strong background in business, management, administration, and secretarial work, she personally developed and tested many of the forms and documents included in this guide.

As the former founder of two thriving assisted living communities, Lilly knows firsthand how challenging it can be to find clear, practical guidance when starting out.
